PSYA - 308 Human Development

 

Introduces the student to principles of human development. Human Development provides a lifespan approach focusing on the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual characteristics of individuals. Emphasis will be placed on psychological stages and needs.

Research Assignment

 

PSYA 308 -- You will be writing a research paper. You will need at least seven (7) peer-reviewed articles.

What does Peer-Reviewed mean?

A scholarly periodical which requires that each article submitted for publication be judged by an independent panel of experts (scholarly or scientific peers). Articles not approved by a majority of these peers are not accepted for publication by the journal.

 

How to access the Databases from any Internet connected computer not on a campus or center.

To access databases from home or any Internet connected computer you will need to "Authenticate" into the University of Maine System. You will be prompted by this box once you select the database to search, simply enter your LAST name ONLY and your 14 digit library barcode number located on the back of your library card. Your library barcode may also be the RED 14 barcode listed on the bottom of your ID which is also 14 digits starting with 250....
