ENG 101 - College Writing

Video Tutorials

This video will introduce you to library searching using our main search bar, also known as OneSearch.

Google vs. OneSearch

What is the difference between OneSearch and Google?

Request an Article

While UMA Libraries provide access to millions of resources, we might not always have access to an article you need. When this happens, you can request a copy of the article through our OCLC WorldShare service. This video shows you how.

Request a Book

UMA and our partner libraries in the URSUS network provide you access to a ton of books, but sometimes we don't have the book you're looking for. When that happens, you can request a book from another library and have it delivered to your nearest campus or center. This video shows you how to request a book from another library.

Request an Item in URSUS

If you're looking for a book or film, you can search in our URSUS catalog. Any item that UMA does not have, can be requested from another library and delivered to whichever UMA location is closest to you.

Finding & Searching in Specific Publications

Are you looking for articles in a specific publication, such as a specific newspaper or magazine? This tutorial will show you how to find and search within a specific publication.
