Upcoming Library Events

The library will be hosting a citation management workshop on March 22 from 12pm to 1pm on Zoom. Join Learning Experience Design Librarian,Veronica Nargi, in a workshop on various citation management tools. These tools can help get citations generated for you and keep them organized.

Please join us for a screening of Best and Most Beautiful Things, a PBS documentary, followed by a discussion with the star of the documentary, Mika Smith of Bangor.

Description for Best and Most Beautiful Things: In rural Maine, a precocious 20-year-old woman named Michelle Smith lives with her mother Julie. Michelle is quirky and charming, legally blind and diagnosed on the autism spectrum, with big dreams and varied passions. Searching for connection, Michelle explores love and empowerment outside the limits of “normal” through a provocative sex-positive community. Representatives from the Maine Career Center are available at Katz Library the second Thursday of the month from 10 am-12 pm! They're also available virtually to students outside of Augusta. They can assist with career resources, job hunting, and resume writing.
