Neurodiversity

This guide provides educational materials, university-specific resources, community support, and accessibility tools to promote understanding and inclusion of neurodiversity.

Overview

Let's Learn About Neurodiversity!

Understanding neurodiversity begins with education. This section invites you to explore a variety of resources designed to deepen your knowledge of neurodiversity and common neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.

While it’s important to engage with the scientific and clinical research that informs our understanding of neurodivergence, it is equally vital to hear directly from neurodivergent individuals. Lived experiences offer critical insight into the realities of navigating the world with a neurodivergent mind and help foster empathy, respect, and informed advocacy.

In this section, you’ll find:

  • Books – A curated list of titles offering both academic and personal perspectives. Most of these books you can access either online or request from the library.
  • Podcasts – Conversations and interviews with experts and neurodivergent voices.
  • YouTube – Informative and personal videos that share knowledge and stories from diverse perspectives.

Whether you're new to the topic or expanding your current understanding, these resources are a great starting point for meaningful learning and reflection.
