To Earn The Level 3 Badge

You will need to: 

  • Have earned Level 1 and Level 2 Information Literacy badges
  • Apply your Level 2 training and skill development to an academic research project
  • Demonstrate competency in information research, source evaluation, citation, synthesis of information in a final product

Evidence

You will need to submit:

  • A final information product (e.g. research paper, presentation, poster, etc.) where your skills and competencies are assessed using the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) rubric
  • A reflection on your learning, application, skills, and competency development with respect to the research process

Evidence will be verified and approved by authorized UMS library staff.
